Smile! Here you can take videos and photographs to your heart’s content! Share your pictures with #smilesafari.
When did you start your safari?
A Safari trip takes an average of 90 minutes. After your Safari you are always
welcome in the lounge and shop.
Why do I have to select a time slot?
We work with time slots to guarantee every visitor a comfortable visit. A small
group leaves every 15 minutes, so you don’t have to queue for the perfect
photo!
Is admission free for my child?
Admission is free for children up to and including 3 years. The nappy-changing is in the hands of
the accompanying adult. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an
adult, with a maximum of 4 children per companion.
Are the time slots strictly followed?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of your Safari. If
you are late for your chosen time slot due to unforeseen circumstances, don’t
worry. The organization will then assign you a different time slot for the same
day. Tickets cannot be exchanged for other dates.
Do I have to leave the exhibition after my time slot?
We won’t be following you around with a timer, but it isn’t the idea that you
wander around for hours.

I bought a ticket for the wrong day or decide not to come. Am I entitled to a refund?
Every ticket purchase is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be
exchanged or refunded.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
A limited number of tickets are available over the counter; depending on the
demand and / or any sold-out time slots. Avoid waiting times and order your
tickets online!
Is there a group rate?

Is Smile Safari accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes! We make every effort to ensure that wheelchair users are able to enjoy
the experience. Note that not every installation is equally accessible with a

Only assistance dogs are allowed on the Safari. Other animals are best left at
home.
Do you have an area where we can leave our pram?
Space is provided for you to store your pram or buggy (at your own risk). It is
best to take your child with you on the Safari.
Do I have to print my ticket?
You can, but you can also store the QR code on your smartphone and save
some paper. 😉
Can I pass on tickets?
Certainly! You can pass on tickets or give them as a gift to family and friends,
as long as they can show the correct tickets at the box office.
What does Smile Safari do for the environment?
You can waste your time but not our planet! When building Smile Safari, we
choose sustainable materials as much as possible.
We also work with Fair Circulair for the reuse of material. They want to
address the lack of recycling and use of sustainable materials within the
exhibition sector. That is why we like to offer our residual material at the end
of the exhibition to production labs, set builders, designers, artists, schools,
academies and stand builders.
We also offer free tap water, so be sure to bring your water bottle.
