- We will ensure 1.5 meters distance between groups
Tickets can only be booked online to ensure we limit the number of visitors at a time. Smile Safari is one-way and the walking routes are indicated on the floor.
- We will provide extra hygiene measures
We will disinfect important contact points and clean more frequently. We ask our visitors to sanitize their hands at designated stations.
- We will provide sufficient and clear information
Our staff has received updated safety instructions. They will watch the maximum capacity in every room. Visitors will be informed via information boards.
As a result of the new corona measures, from 1/11 onwards Smile Safari will be working with a Covid Safe Ticket. This means that you will have to present a CST at the cash desk upon arrival.
The Covid Safe Ticket will be required for all persons aged 16 years and older.
Do you not have a Covid Safe ticket? Then be sure to read below how you can obtain one.
Do you have another question? Do not hesitate to contact us.
